Instead of wondering which type of self-care practice will resonate, you now have the opportunity to get a taste of what both movement and meditative techniques can offer your cognitive, physical and emotional health. By the end of the series you will have a felt sense of what you prefer, and what works for your body.
These six sessions will give you the foundation of skills that are both powerfully primal and effortlessly subtle so you can effectively care for the deepest levels of your self on a consistent basis. This series is appropriate and effective for all bodies and all skill levels; from bed bound to athletes, from beginner to advanced.

Realization Process
2 weeks
Fully guided, embodied attunement practices for deep healing and connection.
Yin
1 week
Build strength and resilience by relaxing into the floor.
Pranayama
1 week
Shape the state of your mind, body and nervous system just by shaping your breath.
