DESCRIPTION:Beginner's TRE class For Teenagers (ages 13-16)\n\nPerfect for 
 those whom have never experienced a TRE class\, is working towards self-pr
 actice\, need a refresher on their TRE Practise\, or just want the benefit
 s of a group Shake Session.\n\nThis class is conducted in a light and fun 
 way to ease you into the practice of self trust as you learn to engage in 
 Neurogenic Tremors.\n\nTypically people are in a better mood and feel emot
 ionally lighter after class.\n\nIf you do have any physical health issues\
 , please let me know so we can make sure this is the right class for you a

 ah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur\n\nTo prepare for the class please:\n1. Dress 
 in comfortable clothes for light exercises and to shake. Nothing tight or 
 restrictive. Typical exercise clothes are good\, if you wear a skirt (also
  wear shorts or bring a cover because the tremor position is parted knees 
 on the ground)\n\n2. Yoga Mat\n\n3. Bring something to support your neck a
 nd lower back especially - at least 2 - soft pillows / large towels / larg
 e t-shirt.\nBring more than 2 if you also need to support your shoulders a
 nd feet (People with feet issues tend to need something soft to support th
 eir feet)\n\n4. Bring a Blanket or jacket to cover up in case you feel col
