DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this TRE™ Module I - a weekend immersive in Reykja
 vik\, Iceland.\nThis training is open to anyone that already have learnt T
 RE™ either through a personal session or an official TRE™ workshop pro
 vided by a certified TRE™ Provider. If you not have completed this\, you
  are welcome to book a video-session with Svava or DevaLaya prior to atten
 ding this workshop.\n\nThe training will be given in English with Icelandi
 c translation when needed.\n\nFor the 2nd time we are starting a TRE™ Mo
 dule-training in Reykjavik. Module I can be used purely for deepening of o
 wn TRE™ process\, as well as being the first step in the certification p
 rogram moving towards being a Certified TRE™ Provider.\n\nThis training 
 centred around self-healing and self-development with TRE™. The weekend 
 will be very practical and is open to anyone – with or without a therape
 utic background.\n\nThe training will be taught by DevaLaya Guleng\, an in
 ternational TRE™ Certification Trainer\, assisted by Svava Brooks\, Cert
 ified TRE™ Provider.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal process and to hel
 p you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon session you wil
 l be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theo
 ry behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n 	Introduction to TRE™
 \n 	Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experience\n 	Anatom
 y\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE™\
 n 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the Polyvagal theo
 ry\n 	Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n 	Containment and ground
 ing strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time for discus
 sion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in developing
  your skills so you can begin to support other people through the exercise
