DESCRIPTION:This training is open to anyone.\n\nThe training will be given 
 in English if participants from abroad. \n\nWe are glad to invite you to 
 this training centered around self-healing and self-development with TRE
 ™. The weekend will be very practical and is open to anyone – with or 
 without a therapeutic background.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal process
  and to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon sess
 ion you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explo
 re the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n 	Introductio
 n to TRE™\n 	Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experienc
 e\n 	Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates
  to TRE™\n 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the Pol
 yvagal theory\n 	Defense reactions as they relate to TRE™\n 	Containment
  and grounding strategies\n 	Introduction to basic skills of working with 
 individuals and groups\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time fo
 r discussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in de
 veloping your skills so you can begin to support other people through the

 osts will apply for required supervision sessions and literature/media.  
 The certification process is normally completed within 12-18 months from s
