DESCRIPTION:In our modern society we may not even notice the subtle changes
  that occur from constant everyday stressors. Sooner or later our bodies b
 egin to show us that we need to slow down whether that is getting sick or 
 injured\, the body knows. This workshop is designed for us to tap back int
 o the wisdom of our body and learn to listen to the subtle cues our body s
 ignals to us.\nJoin Ashley in resetting our energy flow and nervous system
  back into a neutral state. The students will be guided through a TRE (Ten
 sion/Trauma Releasing Exercises) practice\, and after a break\, the studen
 ts will have a Restorative practice allowing the body to rest using yoga p
 rops (and maybe even take a nap).\n\nNo yoga or TRE experience is required
 . Not recommended for those who are pregnant or going through fertility tr
 eatments. Limit 10 people max.\n\nCost: $60 (Save $5 if registered by Sept
