 e TRE method and discuss personal tremoring experience\n 	Review anatomy\,
  neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\n 	Per
 form the TRE series of exercises\, which evoke a natural tremoring respons
 e and practice self-regulation\n 	Conclude with gentle relaxation exercise
 s to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate.\n\nParticipants must
  bring to class a thick yoga mat and blanket\, personal water bottle and w
 ear loose comfortable clothing.\n\nPlease note\, as a precautionary measur
 e\, pregnant women should not participate.\n\nCatherine Atwood has for si
 xteen years provided clients with wellness services including homeopathy\
 , yoga\, healthy cooking &amp\; food shopping and TRE™ as modalities to 
 restore health and balance. As a native French-Canadian\, she grew up in t
 he kitchen and learned first hand what to use from the larder to reestabli
