SUMMARY:PRIVATE TRE™ session (online / in-person ) — Alameda\, Californ

DESCRIPTION:This 1 hour TRE™ session will include:\n1. Brief review of cl
 ient's intention\n2. Guided body scan for awareness\n3. TRE™ exercises a
 nd up to 20 min. tremoring\n4. Rest/integration\, grounding and self-regul
 ation.\n5. Debrief (share about the experience\; suggestions made by the p
 ractitioner\; Q&amp\;A)\n\nGOOD TO KNOW:\n- Avoid caffeine or eating a mea
 l at least an hour before the session.\n- Wear clothes comfortable to lie 
 down in (gym/yoga clothes).\n- It's best to choose a day/time where you ca
 n rest afterwards\, get some fresh air outside\, or do light activities. I
 n other words\, to not rush to into another appointment\, back to work\, o
 r travel.\n\nFor an online session\, you will need:\n- a space that you ca
 n comfortably lie down upon (carpet\, floor with a rug\, thick blanket\, y
 oga mat\, etc.)\n- a few props to assist your tremoring session (ie. pillo
 ws\, cushions\, throw blanket)\n- a glass or bottle of water nearby (to st
 ay hydrated)\n- a space free from distractions (phone\, noise\, people wal
 king in. Pets are welcome!)\n- a space to set up your laptop/computer/iPad
 . Be familiar with your device to get a sense of me being able to see a he
 adshot of you for chatting\; lying down with a side view of you (so I can 
 observe your process).\n\nCost: USD $108\n\nIn-person sessions take place
