DESCRIPTION:TRE™ (Tension\, Stress &amp\; Trauma Release Exercise) is an 
 innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep musc
 ular patterns of stress\, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli
 \, PhD\, TRE™ safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or 
 vibrating that releases muscular tension\, calming down the nervous system
 . When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe an
 d controlled environment\, the body is encouraged to return back to a stat
 e of balance.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDuring this retreat day we will have a lot of 
 time to practice tremoring as a group and with partners. Bonnie will demon
 strate some benefits of interventions while tremoring and show you some yo
 u can do for yourself at home. We will also learn some of the science behi
 nd the tremors and their benefits. This will be a great opportunity to lea
 rn about TRE and how you can tailor the practice to meet your needs. It wi
 ll be fun and chances are you will feel pretty relaxed and inspired at the
