SUMMARY:Perkasie\, PA  - A TRE Weekend Retreat
DESCRIPTION:During this retreat we will have a lot of time to\npractice tre
 moring as a group and with partners.\nWe will also engage in meditation pr
 actices\,\ntaking advantage of the stillness that tremoring\ncan bring abo
 ut.\n\nBonnie will demonstrate some benefits of\ninterventions while tremo
 ring and show you\nsome you can do for yourself at home. We will\nalso lea
 rn about fascia and basic neurology and\nhow the tremors interact with the
 se systems.\nThis will be a great opportunity to learn more\nabout TRE and
  how you can tailor the practice to\nmeet your needs.\n\nThere will also b
 e plenty of time to enjoy the\nbeautiful setting! Practices involving mind
 fulness\nand the interacting with the elements will be\noffered throughout
  the weekend for those\ninterested in participating.\n\nApril 7th and 8th\
 n9:30 am-5:00 pm\nCommuter fee:\n$275 if registered by 3/1\n$350 after\nLu
 nch is included for all participants\n\nFor those of you coming from a dis
 tance you can stay at the retreat center. Cost is approximately\n$40 per n
