DESCRIPTION:Welcome to module 1 of the TRE certicification training.\n\nWe
  are glad to invite you to this training centered around self-healing and 
 self-development with TRE™. This training is very practical and is open 
 to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. It is possible to
  participate only for personal development\,  without wanting to complete
  the certification.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal process and to help y
 ou experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon session you will b
 e supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theory 
 behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\nIntroduction to TRE™\nInt
 roduction and deepening of personal tremoring experience\nAnatomy\, neurol
 ogy and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE™\nUnderstan
 ding the tremor response\nIntroduction to the Polyvagal theory\nDefense re
 actions as they relate to TRE™\nContainment and grounding strategies\nIn
 troduction to basic skills of working with individuals and groups\n\nThere
  will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing of your experiences. We
  will also guide you in developing your skills so you can begin to support
