DESCRIPTION:This special training is only open to certified TRE Providers w
 ho also meet the Neurogenic Yoga Teacher requirements: you need to have co
 mpleted at least 200 hours of yoga training and 50 hours of teaching ( eit
 her individual students or group classes) + 1 year of experience teaching 
 yoga.\nAs you might know\, Neurogenic Yoga is a sister modality of TRE and
  it was created on request of Dr. Berceli. You can read more about it at

 be a mix of theory and practice.\nSome of the topics we will cover are:\n
 – Ways to integrate the tremoring response in a yoga class (from vigorou
 s to restorative) – There will be several experiential opportunities of 
 teaching and participating in Neurogenic Yoga classes.\n– the spiritual 
 aspects of the tremoring response\n– how the tremor mechanism relates to
  ancient yogic texts\n– differences between TRE and Neurogenic Yoga\n–
