 cation Training Module 2
DESCRIPTION:The course will be very practical\, with a focus on teaching yo
 u how to teach the TRE exercises\, be grounded and creating a safe space f
 or the client and group\, and how to deal with any reactions a client migh
 t have while doing TRE. You will also get to do a significant amount of TR
 E and tremors yourself.  The rest of the time is for sharing of experienc
 es\, discussion\, and lectures with the theory behind the TRE model.\n\nTh
 is training will be either in Norwegian or English. If we have English spe
 aking participants it will be in English\, so international students are w
 elcome to participate.\n\nTopics for the theory lectures:\n\nAnatomy\, neu
 rology\, and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\nUnderst
 anding the tremor response\nDefense reactions as they relate to TRE.\nCont
 ainment and grounding strategies.\nThe skills of working with individuals 
 and groups.\n\nThe teacher in this module 2 is Hans Holter Solhjell. In ad
 dition to my master degree in pedagogy\, I am trained as a Feldenkrais pra
 ctitioner\, Somatic Experience Practitioner as well as a TRE Certification
  Trainer. I also am trained in NLP\, the Sounder Sleep System and in my pr
 actice work a lot with parents\, communication\, conflict management and c
