 am a Certified TRE™ Provider and somatic trauma specialist\, with advanc
 ed training in developmental trauma healing.\n\nOne-on-one TRE™ sessions
  teach clients how to gently and safely practice TRE™\, so they feel con
 fident to start an at-home practice.  For those who have already learned 
 TRE™\, I can help you move through stuck places and deepen into your pra
 ctice.\n\nThe aim of these sessions is deep relaxation and calming of the 
 nervous system.\n\nI often integrate Sound Healing to enhance relaxation a
 nd softening.  And offer simple breathwork and meditation tools one can d
 o at home.\n\nI am offering sliding scale for those affected financially d
