 TING A DONATION  ON A SLIDING SCALE OF $5 TO WHATEVER YOU CAN AFFORD.\nJo
 in us for a  60-minute TRE  "refresher" session each Tuesday  at 10:30a
 m PT\nPrevious TRE experience required  — this class is intended for pe
 ople who have already learned how to do TRE safely and with self-regulatio
 n either through an introductory workshop\, group or session with an appr
 oved Provider\, or by learning and practicing at least several times with 
 a book or a video.\nThis class follows the classical TRE format: we will d
 o all the preparatory exercises and Maria will offer modifications as need
 ed.\nMaria will hold space for 15 minutes of tremoring and provide varying
  tips and suggestions of ideas to try to expand and deepen your personal t
 remoring practice.\nWe close each class with an opportunity to share exper
 iences and to ask questions about the TRE practice.\nPlease fill out this
