 nversation to review your needs\n2) TRE™ practice — gentle exercises f
 ollowed by up to 20 minutes of natural tremoring\n3) Rest &amp\; Integrati
 on — an essential phase where your body naturally processes and integrat
 e the shifts in your nervous system\n4) Closing reflection — sharing you
 r experience\, receiving facilitator’s suggestions\, and space for Q&amp
