(the 2-day training is divided into 3 sh orter days due to being online)\n\nThe training will be given in English.\ n\nThis training centred around self-healing and self-development with TRE ™. The weekend will be very practical and is open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. You can take this training without commi tting to continue with the certification process towards becoming a Certif ied TRE™ Provider. After this training-weekend\, you will be able to use TRE™ for yourself as a self-help tool\, as it teaches you all the theor etical foundations needed for good and safe personal practice.\n\nThe trai ning will be taught by DevaLaya Guleng\, an international TRE™ Certifica tion Trainer\, with assistants.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal process a nd to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon sessio n you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n Introduction to TRE™\n Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experience\ n Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates t o TRE™\n Understanding the tremor response\n Introduction to the Polyv agal theory\n Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n Containment a nd grounding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time f or discussion and sharing of your experiences.
