DESCRIPTION:Online Intro to TRE™ Workshop + Sound Healing\nHi. My name is
  Kathryn.  I am a Certified TRE™ Provider and somatic trauma specialist
 \, with advanced training in developmental trauma healing.  I am also cer
 tified in Somatic Experiencing® and NARM®.  I have been practicing (and
  studying) bodywork and the healing arts for 25 years.\n\nWhat you will le
 arn:\n\nThe Intro to TRE™ workshop teaches clients how to gently and saf
 ely practice TRE™\, so they feel confident to start an at-home practice.
   Those who have already learned TRE™ are welcome to join this class fo
 r review and to deepen their practice.\n\nI will give a bit of education a
 bout the physiology of the nervous system so you understand the mechanism 
 in the body that we’re working with.  Then I will teach you to activate
  the physiological shaking in the body.  I will guide your awareness to h
 ow the body is responding in the moment to the shaking (i.e. somatic mindf
 ulness).\n\nWe will close with a mini sound bath for deep relaxation and i
 ntegration.  This includes antique Tibetan Bowls\, tuning forks\, didgeri
 doo\, etc.\n\nWhen:\n\nSaturday August 8 at 12 PM to 1:30 PM (PST)\n\n(Glo
 bal guests welcome!  It will be evening in Europe.  The sound bath at th
 e end is a wonderful way to enter dreamtime.  Clients with insomnia often
  report having deep sleep after doing TRE).\n\n(Please allow extra time at
