We may be tempted to run away f rom this challenging and courageous road\, but as TRE providers\, we all k now the benefits of doing our personal work.\n\nIn this workshop\, we woul d like to invite men and women into an honest conversation about working w ith men.   We will explore how our TRE practices open us up to a deep tr uth-telling with ourselves and with each other.\n\nTo change the world\, w e need to look inside and be courageous enough to look into our mirror and shake off the defenses that keep us from living. Doing this challenging w ork calls upon our deepest longing\, and our goal is to co-create a space for us to have clarity around how we can deepen our work with men.\n\nIn t his session\, Jozef\, Lynea and Ryan will share what they have learned in their work with men and TRE. Then there will be a group discussion and a T RE session. If it is a large group\, we will tremor and have discussions i n small breakout groups.\n\nInstructors\n\nRyan Bemis\, Doctor of Oriental Medicine\, TRE Provider\n\nFor over 25 years Ryan has been providing ment al healthcare for men and boys in various settings including the U.S. mili tary and Veteran’s Administration healthcare\, Catholic Charities\, trau ma survivor programs\, corrections\, disaster relief\, refugee and harm re duction\, and homeless healthcare in North and Central America. In 2020 Ry an was awarded the Ron Hering Mission of Service award by the Mankind Proj ect.\n\nJozef Mihališin\, TRE Provider\, Founder\, Karuna Institute\n\nJ ozef facilitates two-year\, self-discovery trainings for men and women thr ough his Karuna institute\, guides men’s groups and corporate retreats i n his Leaders Create Leaders program and he also facilitates 12-day Vision Fast transition ceremonies in wilderness settings.
