 ame is Kathryn.  I am a Certified TRE™ Provider and somatic trauma spec
 ialist\, with advanced training in developmental trauma healing.  (I am a
 lso certified in Somatic Experiencing® and NARM®).\n\nOne-on-one Intro t
 o TRE™ sessions teach clients how to gently and safely practice TRE™\,
  so they feel confident to start an at-home practice.  For those who have
  already learned TRE™\, I can help you move through stuck places and dee
 pen into your practice.\n\nThe aim of these sessions is deep relaxation an
 d calming of the nervous system.  As a bodyworker\, I can also guide your
  session for specific pain-relief.\n\nI often integrate Sound Healing to e
 nhance relaxation and softening.  And offer simple breathwork and meditat
