 find ourselves swept up in a whirlwind of joy\, togetherness\, and… chao
 s. Christmas is a time for celebration\, but it can also bring overwhelm\
 , overstimulation\, and overindulgence.\n\nI know this all too well. Five 
 years ago\, in the days after Christmas\, I hit a wall. The stress of sing
 le parenting\, endless to-do lists whilst running a business\, and emotion
 al strain following a loss\, left me completely burnt out\, and later diag
 nosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. It was my wake-up call—and\, oddly 
 enough\, a Christmas present from life.\n\nThat long journey to recovery w
 as a pivotal point in my life that taught me invaluable lessons.\n\nI was 
 introduced to TRE™. It helped me not only recover but evolve from burnou
 t and chronic illness\, so much that I decided to train in this to bring i
 t to others. I subsequently trained in Breathwork\, adding another techniq
 ue to my toolbox that is free\, natural\, and already innate in the human 
 body. These tools not only help to regulate you in moments of stress\, or 
 the busy seasons\, but your regulated nervous system will radiate out to t
 hose around you.\n\nI also learned that our nervous system is deeply impa
 cted by those around us. Whether it's the energy of a crowded room\, a lo
 ved one’s stress\, or the busyness of the season\, your system picks up 
 on it all.\n\nBuilding awareness of your own nervous system and learning
  tools to ground yourself in overstimulating moments can be life-changing.
 \n\nNow\, I want to share these tools with you in a 2.5-hour online group
