 o Sacral Therapist and Heartmath Trainer using HRV to measure the effects 
 of TRE™ on the Autonomic Nervous System. She coaches personal mastery 
 in Corporations and is highly skilled in working with children as well as 
 anxiety and depression and is currently on the TRE™ Global Research Te
 am.\n\nABOUT THIS WORKSHOP\nThere is so much to learn when we observe the 
 body in the TRE™ process. If we have an understanding of the dynamics 
 of fascia it is much easier for us to apply intervention work appropriatel
 y. We also need to know when to slow down and give the brain the experienc
