DESCRIPTION:In this class we will learn the TRE exercises\, and then practi
 ce them in 3 sessions over a 5 day period so that you can have an ingraine
 d habit to practice and know in your body what the stress-relaxation cycle
  feels like and how to self facilitate the release of tension with TRE. h

 ass will take place on consecutive- Weds\, Friday\, and Mondays at 1pm-2:1
 5pm PST\, we will schedule a 4th Bonus class the following week to allow f
 or further refinement and integration and reconnection after some home pra
 ctice. A prerequisite to attend the class series is to take one of the Int

  calendly link only book's the 1st of the 3 classes. - so choose the weds 
 you would like to start the program.\n\nA new class series will begin two 
 weeks later on a Weds\, and so on.\n\nThe $147 fee covers all 3 classes an
 d materials for self practice and self inquiry during the process. There's
  an allowance for discounted program fees if needed due to financial hards
