 \nTRE  helps to regulate the nervous system and brings you out of the fig
 ht/flight response and into a calm\, grounded and socially engaged state o
 f being. TRE taps into the body’s natural shaking mechanism and the shak
 ing is a natural outlet to release the stored up tension and stress hormon
 es. Over time you can learn to recognise where you are in your nervous sys
 tem and regulate yourself back to a calm and grounded state of being.\nThe
  best thing about TRE is that it is very simple to learn and once learned\
 , TRE can be practiced safely at home as a lifelong tool to manage stress.
  It doesn’t take that long to practice once you know how to do it and ca
 n literally be done for up to 10 minutes a day if that’s what you want.\

 regulate to stop.\n\nYou will be taken through up to two or three rounds o
 f shaking so that you are comfortable with the starting and stopping\, and
