DESCRIPTION:Moving Within - Enhancing Interoception Through Movement\, enab
 les you to develop your grounding toolkit for you and your clients through
  movement.\n\nBringing in elements of rhythm\, music\, play and connection
 \, this half day workshop enhances interoception and safety through moveme
 nt\, balance and exteroception.\n\nThe workshop consists of practical exer
 cises to shift our nervous system and body awareness through consciously e
 xploring areas such as:\n\n- Planes of movement\n- Balance\n- Use of the s
 enses (exteroception) -\n- Non habitual movement\n- Using edges and props\
 n- Play and ‘errors’\n\nIn addition to smiles and connection with othe
 r TRE Providers &amp\; Trainees\, takeaway practical accessible exercises 
 to incorporate into client work\, your groups &amp\; workshops\, and for y

 ber for Following The Body &amp\; The Use of Touch and make it a TRE weeke

 ning of Saturday 31st where we can meet socially over a meal and drinks. T
 his workshop offers 4 hours of CPD. Book the two workshops together and sa
