 r bodies. TRE will combine with breath work\, body scanning\, grounding e
 xercises\, progressive relaxation\, chakra clearing &amp\; activation\, jo
 urnaling\, affirmations\, aromatherapy\, and sound healing.\n\nExperience

 , mastering self-regulation\, tracking progress and applying appropriate i
