DESCRIPTION:In this daylong workshop\, participants will experience two Neu
 rogenic Yoga classes. The morning one will be more vigorous\, yet gentle\,
  while the afternoon one will be more restorative. They will also learn th
 e history and origin of this practice and how it helps to release stress\,
