 – Relax – Rebalance\nTake this opportunity to unwind\, release deep-se
 ated tension\, and reconnect with your body in a supported and calming spa
 ce.\n\nThis special workshop combines Tension &amp\; Trauma Releasing Exer
 cises (TRE) with the soothing power of crystal singing bowls.\n\nTRE is a 
 powerful technique designed to help the body naturally release stress and 
 trauma through gentle tremors. When combined with the healing frequencies 
 of crystal bowls—tuned to resonate with your body’s chakra system—th
 e experience deepens\, allowing for greater release and relaxation.\n\nWe
 ’ll begin with grounding techniques to center the body and mind\, follow
 ed by learning the core TRE exercises. These movements are designed to gen
 tly fatigue the legs and pelvis\, preparing the body to activate its natur
 al tremoring response.\n\nOnce the tremors are initiated and you’ve lear
 ned how to safely start and stop them\, Jodie will play the crystal singin
 g bowls. The vibrations of the bowls will support and enhance your body’
 s release\, helping you to drop more deeply into relaxation.\n\nWe’ll cl
 ose with additional grounding practices\, ensuring you leave the workshop 
 feeling calm\, supported\, and fully grounded.\nThis is a safe and welcomi
 ng space to explore deep release and healing. Whether you're new to TRE or
  returning to the practice\, you're warmly invited to join us.\n\nNumbers
