DESCRIPTION:The course will be very practical. Each morning and afternoon s
 ession you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. There will
  be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences. We will explor
 e the theory behind the model\, see the highlights below. We will also dev
 elop your skills so you can begin to support other people through the exer
 cises.\n\n 	Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it 
 relates to TRE\n 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the
  polyvagal theory: How humans are always checking for safety.\n 	Defense r
 eactions as they relate to TRE.\n 	Containment and grounding strategies.\n
  	Introduction to basic skills of working with individuals and groups.\n 	
 Introduction to TRE and personal tremoring experience.\n\nThe three day TR
 E Module 1 workshop is open to everyone. You can attend to learn about us
 ing the tremors to support your own health. You will learn about being 
 in your body and self regulating in response to tension\, stress and 
 trauma.\n\nYou can attend the workshop as the start of the process to 
 teach TRE to individuals and small groups. There is a structured certific
 ation program that takes about a year. The key elements are two 3 day wor

 for over 25 years and as a bodyworker since 1998. He is the co-author of 
 ‘Cranial Intelligence’ and author of the short graphic books ‘Pain I
 s Really Strange’ and ‘Trauma Is Really Strange’. Understanding the 
 science of pain and trauma has transformed his approach to healing. He has
  studied Yoga\, Shiatsu\, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy\, and Trauma Rel
 easing Exercises (TRE). He is a UK registered Chiropractor and teaches TRE
  and Cranial work all over the world. His treatments now use education\, e
 mbodied awareness and light touch to help people move more freely and be m
