 nsion and reset your nervous system. Learn 7 simple exercises to help your
  body naturally shake off stress and trauma. The physical exercises safely
  activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases
  muscular tension and calms the nervous system. We will stretch and engage
  the feet\, legs\, and up to the upper torso. No experience is needed\; br
