They continued their fascin ation with the tremor mechanism process  - not just for themselves\, but also introducing it to an NGO that supports homeless people in Cape Town\ , South Africa\, a profound 18-month project that offered them a large dos e of humility and compassion. Subsequently\, they have both cultivated int ernational careers that are grounded\, productive and bring them immense j oy and satisfaction. In bringing Electric Heart to the world\, they have c urated an experience that they hope will bring you “Home” – the plac e that feels yummy\, delicious\, safe and nurturing.  From here\, we can move towards true and healthy expression\, towards a life aligned\, centr ed and in integrity. She encourages us to explore safe metho ds of movement and play as a way of better understanding ourselves in rela tion to the world. Through curiosity\, we are led through simple yet heali ng processes that bring balance and alignment to all our bodily systems.   More recently Fiona’s fascination with the vagus nerve has led her on an exploration and investigation of sound\, frequency and vibration\, and their  profound restorative effects on  communication\, expression\, l istening\, facial expression and the ability to socially engage in a healt hy manner.\n\nFiona is a TRE™ (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) Global Certification Trainer and offers trainings in Thailand\, Romania\, Israel\ , Portugal and South Africa. She practices and teaches Taoist energy techn iques and meditations and created ”Nectar – Sexual Wisdom &\; Alch emy”\,a practical\, safe and accessible program that practices the trans formation of Jing Chi (sexual energy) for health and lifestyle benefits.
