DESCRIPTION:The run up to Christmas can often be a very stressful time. So 
 much to organise\,  and budget for. Only a small amount of time and so mu
 ch to do. The pressure really begins to mount up.\nSometimes Christmas can
  be a challenging time\, especially if you have recently lost someone clos
 e to you.\nGrief can be difficult especially at times like Christmas\, all
  those memories\, and just missing your loved ones.\nThankfully\, TRE is a
 n amazing tool for coping with stress and grief.\nTRE  helps to regulate 
 the nervous system and brings you out of the fight/flight response and int
 o a calm\, grounded and socially engaged state of being. The shaking is a 
 natural outlet to release the stored up tension and stress hormones. Over 
 time you can learn to recognise where you are in your nervous system and r
 egulate yourself back to a calm and grounded state of being.\nThe best thi
 ng about TRE is that it is very simple to learn and once learned\, TRE can
  be practiced safely at home as a lifelong tool to manage stress. It doesn
 ’t take that long to practice once you know how to do it and can literal
 ly be done for up to 10 minutes a day if that’s what you want.\nTRE can

 p the shaking\n 	What is self regulation\n 	How and when to self regulate 
 to stop.\n\nYou will be taken through up to two or three rounds of shaking
  so that you are comfortable with the starting and stopping\, and shaking
