 class is perfect for those new to TRE or for those with prior experience o
 f TRE but who are wishing to recap the basic principles along side a full 
 TRE class.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in
 .\n\nYou may wish to bring a blanket for when lying still during the integ
 ration time.\n\nTRE group classes as not suitable to attend during pregnan
 cy\, for those with severe psychological disorders requiring medication or
  those who have undergone recent surgery or had a serious injury (within t
