DESCRIPTION: Join Fiona for a 3 - hour experiential introduction to TRE
 ™.  We practice a series of gentle stretches\, asanas\, and position
 s that combined with breath\, massage the tissue\, muscles and viscera\,
  accessing a deep\, purr like vibration\, that opens us up to our most tru
 e frequency and alignment. With practice\, we can be moved towards a lif
 e of more peace\, presence\, balance and integrity\; and a body that is mo
 re relaxed\, resilient and able to repair.  TRE™  is a somatic focuse
 d practice for anyone interested in moving into a more cohesive relations
 hip with their body.  It is ideal for practitioners of Yoga\, Pilates\, 
 Martial Arts\, Dance and Movement - it is an excellent self regulating to
 ol for those working as medical personnel\, doctors\, clinicians\, psycho
 logists\, paramedics and counsellors  - or for anyone working with or 
 dealing with daily stress\, anxiety\, trauma or PTSD. It overcomes langua
 ge barriers as it is a process that doesn't require language or talking a
 bout the event\, feeling or issue. Everybody can do this\, as the TRE™ 
 mechanism\, or shaking ability\, exists in all mammals and humans.  It is
  the body's most organic and natural way of unravelling contracted or tig
 ht stress patterns\, as well as reducing the charge of stress hormones a
 nd un-healthy chemical build up\, bringing the body back to balance and ho
 meostasis. Once learned\, you can do it by yourself\, anytime and anywher
 e to continue the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.  We will exp

 rtance in maintaining a sense of safety and homeostasis in the human or
 ganism.  In part 2\, you will be led through the simple set of movemen
 ts\, which free up the body naturally and organically.  In part 3\, we w
 ill discuss the process\, the experience and Fiona will offer further insi
