 kshop is a small-group\, guided experience designed to help you safely lea
 rn and practice the foundational elements of TRE™.\nDuring this 2-hour l
 ive online session\, you can expect:\n\n\n 	\nClear instruction of the fou
 ndational exercises\n\n 	\nEducation on nervous system regulation and self
 -regulation\n\n 	\nGuidance on pacing and working within your body’s com
 fort zone\n\n 	\nLive observation and individualized support\n\n 	\nTime f
 or integration\, grounding\, and questions\n\n\nWorkshops are intentionall
 y limited to six participants to ensure each person receives attentive gui
 dance in a structured and supportive environment.\nBy the end of the sessi
 on\, you will understand how to activate the tremor response safely\, how 
 to slow or stop it when needed\, and how to recognize your body’s cues. 
 Most importantly\, you’ll leave with direct experience of how your own n
 ervous system responds.\nCompletion of the Intro Workshop is required befo
 re joining weekly online classes. After attending\, you’ll be invited to
  participate in ongoing group sessions that move at a more fluid pace\, as
  all participants will already have the foundational understanding and per
 sonal experience of the practice in place.\nThese ongoing classes allow yo
 u to continue building familiarity with your body’s tremor mechanism and
  deepen your self-regulation skills from the comfort of your own home.
