 just needs the right environment to do so.\n\nThis Intro to TRE™ Worksho
 p is a guided group experience where you’ll learn the foundational TRE e
 xercises and safely explore the body’s natural tremor response in a supp
 ortive setting.\n\nMany people notice a sense of deep relaxation\, groundi
 ng\, and nervous system reset as the body begins to release long-held tens
 ion.\n\nDuring this workshop you will:\n\n• Learn the full TRE exercise 
 sequence\n• Experience neurogenic tremoring in a safe\, guided environme
 nt\n• Develop self-regulation skills so you can work with your body comf
 ortably\n• Gain the foundation needed to begin your own personal TRE pra
 ctice\n\nThis workshop prepares you to continue practicing TRE on your own
  and to participate in ongoing weekly TRE group sessions if you wish.\n\nW
 orkshops are intentionally kept small (maximum 6 participants) to ensure p
 ersonal attention and a comfortable learning space.\n\nTo support particip
