 o to TRE™ Workshop is a guided group experience where you’ll learn the
  foundational TRE exercises and safely explore the body’s natural tremor
  response in a safe and supportive setting.\n\nMany people notice a sense 
 of deep relaxation\, grounding\, and nervous system reset as the body begi
 ns to release long-held tension.\n\nDuring this workshop you will:\n\n• 
 Learn the full TRE exercise sequence\n• Experience neurogenic tremoring 
 in a safe\, guided environment\n• Develop self-regulation skills so you 
 can work with your body comfortably\n\nThis workshop prepares you to conti
 nue practicing TRE on your own and/or to participate in ongoing weekly TRE
  group refresher classes.\n\nWorkshops are intentionally kept small to ens
 ure personal attention and a comfortable learning space.\n\nTo support par
