DESCRIPTION:An introduction to TRE. \nTension and Trauma Releasing Exercise
 s (TRE) is a unique and innovative approach to stress reduction and trauma
  healing developed by Dr. David Berceli\, a trauma therapist and social wo
 rker. \n\nTRE consists of a series of simple exercises designed to activat
 e the body's natural tremor mechanism\, facilitating the release of tensio
 n\, stress\, and trauma stored in the muscles and nervous system.\n\nThe p
 rimary goal of TRE is to help you to tap into the body's natural tremor me
 chanism\, which involves  involuntary shaking or trembling movements that

 be guided through a series of gentle exercises that target the muscles in

 ate Tremors: After completing the exercises\, you will be shown how to sta
