 es you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological res
 ponse. Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to relea

 ring experience as pleasant and report many improvements in their physical

 resident of California\, Maria is a senior TRE™ and Neurogenic Yoga Cert
 ification Trainer and Provider. She has a background in Yoga\, Chinese Mar
 tial Arts and Esalen Massage. Since 2004\, Maria has facilitated TRE for t
 housands of people in the US\, Europe\, Canada\, Asia and the Middle East.
  She assisted Dr. David Berceli\, TRE’s founder\, in dozens of trainings
  in the US\, South Africa and Brazil\; she co-taught with him in Japan and
  she led hundreds of public workshops and over 150 certification trainings
  worldwide. At the beginning if the COVID pandemic Maria was part of an in
 ternational pilot project to take the TRE Certification Program online and
  she facilitated online trainings and workshops ever since.\n\nShe is also
  one of two creators of Neurogenic Yoga\, the sister method of TRE.\n\nMar
