DESCRIPTION:This class provides an opportunity to experience TRE in person 
 in a friendly\, tranquil and supportive group space. It is perfect for tho
 se new to TRE or for those with prior experience of TRE but that wish to r
 ecap the basic principles alongside a full TRE class.\n\nTRE offers the ch
 ance to release stored stress and tension from the body (which in turn lib
 erates energy for better functioning of your whole system). It is also a g
 reat way to connect with parts of yourself that you may have become discon
 nected from\, and to be in the body in the present moment in a held and su
 pported way.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely 
 in.\n\nYou may wish to bring a blanket and cushion for when lying still du
 ring the integration time.\n\nTRE is suitable for most people to undertake
  as it is working with a natural mechanism already innate within our bodie
 s\, however if you would like to discuss whether attending a TRE class is 
 right for you please get in touch. NB TRE group classes are not suitable t
 o attend during pregnancy\, for those with severe psychological disorders 
 requiring medication or those who have had a recent severe injury or recen
