  technique that allows the body to naturally shake away stress\, unwind bu
 ried tension and calm the nervous system in an intentional and controlled 
 manner.The exercises of TRE™ are a series of simple movements designed t
 o gently stretch and mildly fatigue contracted muscles in the body. TRE
 ™’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing.
  After doing TRE™ many people report feelings of peace and well-being.I
 t is effective as a stand-alone practice and deepens other mindful practi
 ces such as yoga\, tai-chi and meditation. TRE™ works for all body types
  and is easily adapted for all fitness levels and mobility challenges.This
  2-hour introductory workshop will provide a brief introduction to tension
  and stress and its impact on the body\, followed by an experiential demon
 stration of the TRE process.There will be ample time for discussion and qu
