 E™ is an innovative physical technique that allows the body to naturally
  shake away stress\, unwind buried tension and calm the nervous system in 
 an intentional and controlled manner.The exercises of TRE™ are a series 
 of simple movements designed to gently stretch and mildly fatigue contract
 ed muscles in the body. TRE™’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally 
 feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE™ many people report feeling
 s of peace and well-being.It is effective as a stand-alone practice and d
 eepens other mindful practices such as yoga\, tai-chi and meditation. TRE
 ™ works for all body types and is easily adapted for all fitness levels 
 and mobility challenges.This 2-hour introductory workshop will provide a b
