 ight to the autonomic nervous system\, grounding techniques and an educati
 on on the innovative technique of TRE™ in healing the body from stress a
 nd tension.\n\n4 sessions will enable you to practise TRE™ safely on you
 r own although follow up sessions and group classes are available for cont
