SUMMARY:Fluid Body Retreat - Denmark - TRE in Water
DESCRIPTION:\nFluid Body Retreat – Denmark is a two-day immersive trainin
g focused on working with\nspontaneous\, self-organising movement in both
water and on the ground.\nThe retreat is designed for somatic practitioner
 s\, movement professionals\, therapists\, and students\ninterested in nerv
 ous-system regulation\, fascia-informed movement\, and embodied learning.\
nParticipants will explore how involuntary movement arises through aquatic
facilitation and Tension\n&amp\; Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)\, and h
 ow gravity\, weightlessness\, and safety shape\nregulation\, attunement\,
and coherence in the nervous system.\nThrough guided practice\, demonstrat
ions\, and experiential inquiry\, the focus is on learning how to\ncreate
the conditions for self-organising movement to emerge—rather than direct
ing or correcting\nthe body. This approach supports coherence across tissu
 es\, systems\, and lived experience.\nWhat We Will Explore\n• Spontaneou
s and fascia-informed movement principles\n• TRE and involuntary movemen
t on the ground\n• Aquatic facilitation and working with movement in wat
 er\n• Nervous-system regulation through gravity and weightlessness\n•
Attunement\, safety\, and embodied presence\n• Integration through movem
ent and reflection\nThis training is experiential\, relational\, and deepl
y embodied. It offers practical skills alongside a\nclear conceptual frame
work\, supporting practitioners in integrating fluidity\, coherence\, and
self-\norganisation into their own practice.\nThis training also serves as
a taster for those interested in learning how to work with spontaneous\nm
ovement in water and forms the first part of the “TRE in Water” traini
ng pathway (2026).\nThe second part of the training will take place in Sve
 ndborg on 4–6 September 2026.\nPractical Information:\nLocation: Odder S
