DESCRIPTION:This IN-PERSON introductory workshop not only allows you to exp
 erience the tremoring response in a safe environment\, but also gives you 
 a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response. 
 Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to release stre
 ss\, tension and trauma patterns. Most people describe the tremoring exper
 ience as pleasant and report many improvements in their physical and emoti
 onal state. Following your TRE session\, you'll further deepen your relaxa
 tion as you're immersed in a soothing sound bath led by Ariella Laver.\n\n
