His work spa ns from senior executives and public figures to socially anxious young peo ple who struggle to speak up in classrooms and social settings. He is the creator of a trauma-informed\, somatic framework called the Radiant Voices Process\, which helps people communicate with clarity\, authority\, and & ldquo\;authentic presence.&rdquo\;\n\nJeremy has also fronted the Cape Tow n indie rock band The Dirty Skirts since 2004 &mdash\; two albums\, festiv al stages including Oppikoppi and Rocking the Daisies\, and a run at SXSW in Austin. After a decade away\, the band returned with new music in 2025 and are back on stage in 2026.\n\nThe stage and the coaching room ask for the same thing: a voice that comes from the body\, rather than one you man age from the neck up.
