This is an invitation towards a life of pre sence\, groundedness\, communication\, compassion\, trust\, peace and joy. \n\n \;\n\nThrough TRE™ (Trauma Releasing Exercises)\, fascia releas e\, Chi Kung and play\, we’ll explore simple yet uniquely profound DIY m echanisms that are useful for re-connecting to our natural joy. Via the pr actice of gentle stretches\, asanas\, and positions that massage the tissu e\, muscles\, fascia and viscera\, we can access the deepest healing vibra tion\, that can align us to our true healthy selves. With practice\, we ca n be moved towards a life of more peace\, presence\, balance and integrity \; and a body that is more relaxed\, resilient and able to repair.  Ultim ately we will move towards a deeper respect for this “home” in which w e live - we will attract healthier relationships and understand more the t rue meaning of “joy” and what that means for us as individuals.\n\nWe ’ll dive into the powerful world of mantra\, the ancient technique of us ing repetitive sound for deepening presence\, or developing an ‘enlighte ned mind’. Through mantra practice\, we’ll shift consciousness into a sense of deep peace and spaciousness. It’s in this space of connectednes s that we can access our hearts\, the source of joy\, love and bliss. You will be taught how to use mantras to recreate these experiences in your ev eryday life back home.\n\n \;\n\nWe’ll explore our voices\, and perh aps for the first time\, learn to love and truly appreciate the sound that comes out. From the tone deaf to the confident diva - all voices are welc ome. Most of our voices are frozen or blocked\, and in this workshop we ai m for every participant to leave feeling confidence and appreciation for t heir own voice\, as it is.\n\n \;\n\nThe workshop takes place  in a r aw and remote jungle\, surrounded by coconut groves and cradled by the se a.
