SUMMARY:Durango\, Colorado - TRE Global Certification Training - Module 1
DESCRIPTION:A 3-day TRE experiential workshop for those interested in learn
 ing TRE for application in a therapeutic setting or as a self-help tool. 
  This 3-day Module 1 training is the first requirement towards becoming a
  Certified TRE Provider and will include:Experiential introduction to TRE 
 and the personal tremoring responseAnatomy\, neurology\, and physiology of
  the stress-trauma response as it relates to TREUnderstanding the tremor r
 esponseIntroduction to Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges)Defense reactions\
 , containment\, and grounding strategies as they relate to TREBasic skills
  for teaching TRE to othersThis is an experiential training with a strong 
 focus on the trainee's personal tremoring expereince.  Additional certifi
 cation requirements must be met for full certification and to develop comp
