SUMMARY:Drop In: Pay What you Can Virtual TRE
DESCRIPTION:TRE™ is a gentle\, body-based practice that helps release dee
p tension\, stress\, and stored patterns in the nervous system. Through a
series of simple movements\, the body is invited into a natural neurogenic
tremor—a calming\, restorative process that supports regulation\, groun
ding\, and resilience. It’s accessible for most people and can be a powe
rful complement to other healing work.\n\nOur intention for this series is
to create an accessible and supportive space for anyone wanting to explor
e this modality—whether you’re new to TRE™ or continuing your practi
ce. These monthly virtual gatherings will offer time for connection\, guid
ed practice\, and integration.\n\nWe’ll be meeting once a month online\,
and you’re welcome to join any or all sessions.\n\nWe look forward to p
racticing with you in the new year.\n\nCost: To make this class accessible
\, we are offering it on a pay-what-you-can basis. An online\, group class
like this would usually cost $15-25/session.\n\nIf you can pay more one w
eek and can’t pay another. Perfect.\n\nIf you are someone who has a litt
le extra to support our time and those who don’t have resources. Awesome
. \n\nIf you need this and don’t have it right now. Great. \n\nAll are w
elcome.\n\nWe invite you to join our monthly virtual TRE™ gatherings—a
soft place to land\, release tension\, and build community.\n\nCome As Yo
u Are. Pay What You Can. Support Your Nervous System.
