DESCRIPTION:TRE® is a gentle\, body-based practice that helps release deep
  tension\, stress\, and stored patterns in the nervous system. Through a s
 eries of simple movements\, the body is invited into a natural neurogenic 
 tremor—a calming\, restorative process that supports regulation\, ground
 ing\, and resilience. It’s accessible for most people and can be a power
 ful complement to other healing work.\n\nOur intention for this series is 
 to create an accessible and supportive space for anyone wanting to explore
  this modality—whether you’re new to TRE® or continuing your practice
 . These monthly virtual gatherings will offer time for connection\, guided
  practice\, and integration.\n\nWe’ll be meeting once a month online\, a
 nd you’re welcome to join any or all sessions.\n\nWe look forward to pra
 cticing with you in the new year.\n\nCost: To make this class accessible\,
  we are offering it on a pay-what-you-can basis. An online\, group class l
 ike this would usually cost $15-25/session.\n\nIf you can pay more one wee
 k and can’t pay another. Perfect.\n\nIf you are someone who has a little
  extra to support our time and those who don’t have resources. Awesome.
