SUMMARY:DOYLESTOWN\, PA - TRE Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Spend an afternoon practicing and learning about this self-empo
 wering stress management practice you can do at home. TRE is an innovative
  series of exercises that assist the body in releasing dep muscular patter
 ns of stress\, tension\, and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli\, PhD\, 
 TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating th
 at releases muscular tension\, calming the nervous system and encouraging 
 the body to return to a state of balance.\n\nDuring this retreat day\, we 
 will have a lot of time to practice tremoring as a group and with partners
 . Bonnie will demonstrate some benefits of interventions while tremoring a
 nd show some you can do for yourself at home. We will also learn some of t
 he science behind the tremors and their benefits.\n\nBonnie recognized TRE
  as the technique that bridges the gap between conceptual understanding of
  detachment and relaxation and the actual experience of them. Her extensiv
 e study of the body\, yoga philosophy\, and tantric technologies gives her
  a deep understanding of how the body\, energy\, mind\, and brain interact
 . She has been working as a Structural Yoga Therapist for more than a deca
 de\, helping clients find increased range of motion and freedom of movemen
 t on the physical level. Now using TRE she assists clients and students in
  finding greater range of motion in the mind and emotions as well.\n\nThis
  workshop is eligible for 4 CE hours and 10% discount for YS 300 Adv TT st
