DESCRIPTION:This class will introduce you to the Tension and Trauma Release
  Exercises (TRE™) developed by Dr. David Berceli.  TRE™ helps to rele
 ase deeply held tension and trauma held in the body. Once learned\, the ex
 ercises can be done anywhere\, at any time to relieve stress and tension.\
 nBenefits often include better sleep\, better resiliency\, better relation
 ships\, and a better life overall.\nThe exercises are highly customizable.
   People with limited mobility are able to practice TRE™.\nPlease wear 
 loose comfortable clothing.  Please bring a favorite yoga mat\, if you ha
 ve one.  Mats will be provided as well.\nREGISTER HERE\n\n*This is a "get
  your feet wet" workshop that will let you experience the TRE™ exercises
  and meet your own neurogenic tremor.  It's not really designed to get yo
 u established in a regular TRE practice.  If you're ready to firmly plant
  yourself into a TRE™ practice\, please check out THIS workshop instead.
